In the rapidly-evolving business world, leaders face the growing test of managing across generations, bridging diverse cultures, and adapting to new and completely dynamic work environments. Having interviewed and collaborated with countless business leaders across the globe, one truth has become crystal clear for me: the distinction between great leaders and exceptional leaders has little to do with time, geography, and passing workplace trends.

To be an exceptional leader, you don’t need to embody an entirely new set of leadership qualities. Instead, excel at the art of executing the qualities of great leaders.
